Data Entry Or The Shared Service User Defined by the organization

The Data Entry Associates are appointed by the
organization themselves and UID & PWD are allocated by them. The
Data / Document Flow is defined by the
organization themselves. Therefore no outside interference or any data
security threat.
The Data Entry Process Associate need not download
the document. They can see the document on the Right Hand Side and Enter
the GRN / Purchase Entry on the Left Hand Side. There by reducing the huge
painstaking data entry efforts.
