The Pain Points :
The MSME, SME & SMB has been under severe stress to complying to the process, tax regime and data analytics requirements. The following are the scenarios of data entry emerging from the market :
Scenario 1 : The HQ and Regional offices are geographically separated. Each office has specific requirement of Purchase data entry, there by staff requirement @ each office. Though this resource do not have full time utilization.

The organization can scan upload the documents on their respective ERP workflow. The Document will be sent only to the Data Entry Or The Shared Service User Defined by the organization themselves.

The Data Entry Associates are appointed by the organization themselves and UID & PWD are allocated by them. The Data  / Document Flow is defined by the organization themselves. Therefore no outside interference or any data security threat.
The Data Entry Process Associate need not download the document. They can see the document on the Right Hand Side and Enter the GRN / Purchase Entry on the Left Hand Side. There by reducing the huge painstaking data entry efforts.
